CapabiliSense / 5 Inventions / 2025

In 2025, I built CapabiliSense—an AI-governed transformation platform. We registered 5 invention declarations and pushed the “Vibe Coding” stack to its limit. While the startup operation has ceased, the technology remains a proof of execution capability and a library of rigorous intellectual property.

INVENTION 01

Graph-Native Feasibility Metric

A system for generating a “Dual-Use Score” that assesses both current state and future feasibility. It uses a graph-native algorithm to detect systemic bottlenecks across a dependency graph, decoupling revenue from headcount.

INVENTION 02

Temporal Evidence Engine

A “Trust & Verification Engine” that solves temporal ambiguity in enterprise data. It uses Multi-State Semantic Tagging and a Chronological Reinterpretation Engine to distinguish “verified reality” from “future plans.”

INVENTION 03

Agentic Data Synthesis

A system that transforms untrustworthy data into a unified evidence layer. It features an “AI-Triggered Interaction Engine” that autonomously initiates workflows with humans to resolve missing or conflicting information.

INVENTION 04

The TxOS Framework

A codified, executable knowledge model of the technology enterprise. Unlike static catalogs, it maps 105+ capabilities into a directional dependency graph (e.g., TLS1 → GEO1) to predict failure modes and root causes.

INVENTION 05

Adaptive Maturity Framework (AMF)

A machine-readable data specification that turns static frameworks into executable logic. It enables decentralized rule engines and acts as a universal Rosetta Stone for cross-client benchmarking.
